My jumbo vegan CHRISTMAS ROAST is coming to DT’s Hotel this December! I’ve devised the most fabulously indulgent three-course feast with the delectable festivity you deserve to see this year out.

COURSE ONE

Damona dairy-free brie cheese baked in puff pastry, drizzled with my vegan hot honey, olives & figs.

COURSE TWO

Christmas glazed vegan chicken half, yorkshire pudding, bacon-wrapped brussels sprouts, triple cooked baby potatoes, peas & gravy.

COURSE THREE

Tiramisu with house-made vegan mascarpone and savoiardi biscuits drowned in espresso & Licor 43 liqueur.

Hosted at DT’s Hotel in Richmond, Melbourne (the longest running inclusive queer bar in town!) - tables for this booking have extended seating sessions so we can take our time to test your limits of how much delight we can stuff you with before rolling you home. Bookings on Sunday can take advantage from 2.30pm of the pub’s iconic ‘Spin And Win’ drink specials happening every half hour, plus the fabulous beats playing through the venue all day, every day. All are welcome to the pub, but please be mindful and respectful that this iconic venue is a queer inclusive space that are making us welcome.

The pub will be adorned in festive regalia and sittings for Christmas sessions are extended from the normal roast times so you can enjoy every course of the plant based gift to your tastebuds we’ve been crafting for this extra special edition of my vegan roast series.
