Ranging across richly sweet pastries to savoury shareables, this is a love letter to everything made with flour. Within a month this ultimate guide to vegan baking was off to its second print run and the focaccia recipe had literally garnered its own national headline! All rise for the Basics chapter to make pastry dough, homemade butters, caramels and creams. Use them all in Savoury Breads for sourdough, pretzels and crumpets.
