VEGAN PARMA SPECIAL

I’m starting a vegan parma super special on Wednesdays at DT’s Hotel, Richmond (Melbourne) for the remainder of 2025! Each plate includes a big, fat plant based chicken schnitzel topped in the classic Italian way - or try the Hawaiian, Aussie, Korean Carbonara or Nashville variants (plus chips and salad, of course!). Each Wednesday from 5pm to 8.30pm you can order the parma special plus a pot of beer or cider for only $32. Gluten free option & dessert available, too.

Walk-ins welcome, but you can book in advance here so we can make sure to keep a table for you. Stick around after your meal as Rupaul Repeats - a casual night featuring randomised rupaul’s drag race replays continues all night from 8pm onwards from the 26th of November 2025 until December 17th.
