Greekish is a class full of classics from Greek cuisine, with a pinch of creative license to make them vegan friendly. Join me for an evening of laughs and hands on cooking lessons. We’ll have space at the Adelaide Central Market to transform their produce into a delicious feast.

Over the course of the night, you’ll learn to make (and eat!):

Spanakopita (Greek spinach and cheese pie) two different ways

Horiatiki Salata (Greek salad)

King Oyster Mushroom Calamari with Tzatziki
