Greekish is a class full of classics from Greek cuisine, with a pinch of creative license to make them vegan friendly. Join me for an evening of laughs, hands on cooking lessons and a delicious feast. We’ll have a beautiful kitchen to learn in and a private courtyard to enjoy a glass of vegan wine and the divine meals we’ll create.

Over the course of the night, you’ll learn to make (and eat!):

Spanakopita (Greek spinach and cheese pie) two different ways

Horiatiki Salata (Greek salad)

King Oyster Mushroom Calamari with Tzatziki

Loukoumades (Greek donuts with vegan honey + nuts)

Each class starts with a glass of wine and the occasional top-up (included) and every participant will also take home a jar of my favourite YAY Marinated Feta (valued at $15) to get cooking straight away! This class is entirely vegan and is unsuitable for those avoiding gluten.
